Shared Designs

A Future and A Hope

I was contacted by an American woman living in Kenya by the name of Kate. She and her husband have 4 biological children and 8 orphans that they care for. She told me that they have just learned to make hemp jewelry. They make their own beads out of paper!! Which I think is so cool!!!

Kate graciously has sent me pictures of the kids and their work. I am proud to share their pictures here!

You can also visit their website A Future and A Hope and read about their work and cause.

I do have more pictures to share, but will do it at a later time.

Thank you Kate for letting us see your kids’ work! Also thanks for your patience in my time at getting these precious pictures up.

Matt’s Hemp Necklaces

I am happy to share some more designs sent in by a fellow reader.

There are several but right now I am only posting one that I have had time to get ready for posting.

He took the inspiration from my “Small Contest” post and made this piece.
